Growing up on a farm offered lots of opportunities. Growing produce and hunting gave Chef Matt a robust foundation in cooking with rustic staples and hearty dishes. Beginning to drive expanded his access to ingredients and broadened his horizons to new spices and flavours from different markets.
This menu will have Chef Matt combining a fusion of English and foreign flavours, dishes and concepts that our bikes give us the freedom to explore.
